There are four sessions, each with different arrival times, outlined below. This information will also be detailed in the final comms sent to guests and we recommend guests arrive 15 minutes prior to the session start time.

The timings of the event will vary for all guests and we can not guarantee everyone will have the same duration of experience. The event will be taking place at a secret location which will require travel time that could impact the approximated session timings. Current session timings do not include return transportation and could take up to an additional 30 minutes to arrive back at the arrival location.

Yes, the event is free.

The event will take place at a secret location in London. Your confirmation email will state the meeting point where you’re required to show your QR code.

From the meeting point, you will be required to take a short boat ride to the venue. For departures, guest will be able to take the boat back to the meeting point or depart on foot directly from the venue.

The details of the events are being kept a secret however rest assured if you’re a Stranger Things fan, you’ll love it! To avoid disappointment, be sure to check the age restriction when registering interest.

We can not guarantee event entry if you arrive late.

Everyone is welcome to experience One Last Adventure! However, age limits apply to individual sessions. Please ensure you and your guests register for the appropriate session based on the age of the guests attending. Anybody under 16 will need to be accompanied by an adult / guardian. Our check-in team reserve the right to request ID upon entry.

Session 1 - Family Friendly (no minimum age - but all under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult / guardian)

Session 3 - 12+ (all under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult / guardian)

Session 4 - 18+

If you have accepted a Standby Access Ticket, you are invited to join the standby queue for your selected session. This ticket does not guarantee entry and access will be granted depending on the number of attendees on the day. Once you are in the standby queue you are welcome to remain for the following session should you not gain access into the session you have selected (age restrictions apply). Guests are asked to not arrive earlier than 15 minutes before the time stated on the confirmation email. Any guests without the correct confirmation email will not be permitted to join the standby queue and these spots are strictly non-transferrable.

Yes, our venue is wheelchair accessible however there will be certain parts of the experience with accessibility restrictions. If you require special assistance for the event, please reach out to rsvp@netflixevents.co.uk so that we can try to accommodate your request.

In order to bring a +1 you must opt-in during the registration process.

No. Registering to attend will enter you into the ticket ballot. All guests who are successful in securing a place will be notified by email and have 24 hours to confirm their attendance / accept the tickets. Once tickets have been accepted you are guaranteed a place at the event!

If you have secured an Early Access Ticket you have a guaranteed spot at the event and will receive final confirmation details the week commencing 15th December.

All QR codes and confirmation emails will be issued on the week commencing 15th December.

There’s no official dress code and guests are welcome to wear whatever makes them feel comfortable. However, we would love to see fans embrace their love for Stranger Things and 1980s nostalgia and have some fun with their outfits! Please note some key moments of the experience take place outside and we strongly advise guests to dress appropriately for the weather.

There will be a small cloakroom however we strongly encourage all guests to hold onto their coats throughout the experience. 

Handbags/rucksacks only. No large bags or suitcases will be permitted into the venue.

There will be a mandatory bag check at the check-in location.

Unfortunately no professional cameras or filming equipment will be permitted. We do however encourage you to capture your memories using your mobile and phone accessories. Please also be conscious of other guest experiences and where possible, avoid flash lights.

Photography, filming and/or other recording will take place at the event. Attending the event will constitute your consent to such photography, voice and/or name may be used, in any media throughout the universe in perpetuity, without restriction and without compensation or credit, in connection with the exploitation of any resulting materials.

This experience will include lighting effects (including strobe or flashing lights), loud or sudden sounds, bright visual flashes, haze or fog effects, and other sensory elements that could be triggering for individuals sensitive to seizures, migraines, sensory overload, or similar conditions. We recommend that you do not register for the event if you are likely to be triggered by any of these special effects.

Yes, all guests are allowed to depart the event whenever they choose, however, please note the boat returns back to the collection location are scheduled and will only be available at the end of the session.
